Rachel and her team were very welcoming to both dogs and humans, and sent regular photos and updates so I knew they were being looked after well. My two sprockers spent their first time in kennels and had the best time. We are the only dog hotel in the country with this facility and know that none of our guests are exposed to the elements during our cold winter months. The doors are open during the warm weather and do not get shut until 10pm in summertime. These keep the dogs warm in winter and means that they do not have to be shut in a small sleep area at night. The front of the hotel features patio doors. With acres of grounds to run in, the dogs are kept happy and stimulated, whether they walk alone, in family groups, or in a group of new found friends. Leads are not needed here, as our acres of beautiful countryside are all securely fenced, where dogs have the freedom to safely run and play.
